A 7x Client Who Had Completely Lost Her Nasal Support

Ms. N.T.B. came to Dr. Hoàng Nam when her nose had severely contracted, the columella had collapsed inward, and the skin had lost elasticity.

“I watched every single video documenting real clients with conditions similar to mine who had been treated by the doctor. During my 3 years in Canada, I watched them every day, waiting for the day I could return to Vietnam to meet him.”

She had previously undergone two artificial implant rhinoplasties and two structural rhinoplasties. The most recent surgery resulted in an infection that required implant removal.

Due to her special condition, he monitored her entire postoperative healing process.
Along with following strict daily wound care, splint removal, suture removal, and prescribed medication, she also had to keep the nasal stents for 8 days (instead of the usual 4) to stabilize the reconstructed structure.
After two months, she said:
“I’ve had four rhinoplasty surgeries before, but I have never received such careful postoperative care. Thanks to that, I was finally able to correct my nasal deformities, and now I feel more confident, love myself more, and enjoy life again.”

Regarding the difficulty of the case, Dr. Nam said:
“Because the tip was extremely contracted with insufficient skin, I could only lengthen it moderately to ensure both aesthetics and long-term safety. Fortunately, after more than six months, the autologous cartilage adapted well, and her nose has settled into a harmonious shape. I’m very glad to see her regain her confidence and positivity.”
