But only three months later, the crookedness returned, even worse than before. Previously it curved like a tilde, now it had turned into a clear C shape.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was devastated. All my hopes were shattered. Even though they offered a warranty, I didn\u2019t want to return,\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n<p>Still disappointed but not defeated, he kept working and saving for a \u201csecond chance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This time, he was recommended a center in District 1. They advised structural rhinoplasty and shaving excess bone on the right side, promising better results. But three months later, the crookedness persisted.<\/p>\n<p>Only then did the center realize his case was more complex than they initially thought. They suggested a third surgery to shave more bone on the right side and use Megaderm at the nasal tip. With his condition, the correction rate would be around 80 to 90 percent. Hearing this made me nervous, but I felt extremely reassured.
